Obaco Homes Real Estate LLC ("we", "us") operates this Rashid Yachts & Marina marketing website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
1. Data we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address and phone number, together with the project you enquired about and technical data such as your IP address, browser type and approximate location derived from it. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
2. How we use your data
We use your details to respond to your enquiry about Rashid Yachts & Marina, to send you brochures, floor plans, prices and availability, and — where you have not objected — to tell you about comparable Dubai property launches. The legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.
3. Where your data goes
Enquiries are stored in Zoho CRM, our customer-relationship platform, which may process data on servers outside the UAE with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the developer, Emaar Properties, only where necessary to reserve a unit or register your interest at your request.
4. Cookies & analytics
This site uses only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics where enabled. Third-party services embedded in the site (such as Google reCAPTCHA, if active on the form) may set their own cookies subject to their own policies.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve your property search and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by UAE law or you ask us to delete it sooner.
